Many IT professionals place a high value on their control panel platform, so making the proper choice is critical. Control panel advocates and detractors alike are arguing about the merits and drawbacks of each of the many control panels.

The control panel you choose is entirely dependent on your own preferences and level of familiarity with the graphical user interface.

If you only want to know the facts regarding cPanel and Plesk’s functionality, it might be tough to separate truth from opinion.

Both of the control panels are up to the task and provide the essential features.

Plesk and cPanel’s features vary significantly; the following are some of the most notable:

Plesk Vs cPanel

User Interface

At first glance, the user interface may not seem to be all that significant. However, this is the first thing that many people notice when they compare cPanel vs Plesk web hosting control panels. One of the most time-consuming, tiresome, and challenging tasks is switching between the two control panels.

Plesk is a control panel with a cleaner and attractive interface that is arranged with a common software style that many people are acclimated to. The main menu is located on the left-hand side, much like the WordPress admin panel, and when an item is chosen, the main panel displays its content. Additionally, there are a series of feature boxes located on the right side of the screen. Icons for each of the primary aspects may be utilised for easier the usage.

cPanel, on the other hand, is widely used and organised in a different way. However, despite the lack of a left-hand menu, all of the functionality may be accessed by scrolling down. Similar to Plesk, you can distinguish each functionality by its symbol. In addition, there are a number of choices for customising the user interface to make it easier to discover what you need.

Performance

It’s widely known that cPanel loads quicker than Plesk thanks to the developers’ tireless efforts to improve its speed. In order to do this, cPanel reduced the amount of RAM it needed, which resulted in faster page load times, as well as faster account setup and other sever administration processes.

Features and Tools

Plesk and cPanel both provide similar basic tools for managing servers and user accounts. Email accounts, DNS settings, FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and database management may all be done using one of these control panels. Despite the fact that cPanel allows for the addition of additional applications and extensions, Plesk comes pre-loaded with a number of helpful apps and extensions.

There are more than 2000,000 Docker images that can be deployed from inside the Plesk web hosting control panel on Linux, which supports Docker. In addition, the Gitman addon makes Plesk compatible with Git. cPanel can run Docker and Git, however the procedure is significantly more difficult than with Plesk.

Security

Both cPanel and Plesk provide a wide range of security features. Security services such as fail2ban, spam defecation for email, and active directory integration are provided by Plesk. SSL certificates, IP address rejections, and password-protected folders may all be installed automatically with cPanel.

Distros

cPanel is a Linux-only control panel, while Plesk can operate on both Linux and Windows servers. Windows server compatibility can only be achieved by a great deal of tweaking and tinkering.

CentOS, CloudLinux, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux are among the Linux distributions that support cPanel. PHP, Apache, and MySQL provide application support, while POP3, IMAP, and SMTP provide email support.

There are 14 Linux distros that are supported by the Plesk control panel. These include Centos, Debian, and Ubuntu.

Panel Removal

To delete cPanel, there are no removal programmes accessible; consequently, it is impossible to do it. Uninstall scripts are available in the case of Plesk, although they aren’t encouraged.

Multi-system management

The most challenging part of scaling up your business is maintaining the configuration level of different servers. When a new version or security update is released, logging onto each server and running updates is a difficult operation.

cPanel’s multi-server clustering feature allows the administrator to log in to the master server and update all of the other servers with one command. Currently, Plesk does not have this functionality and you must use an add-on called Plesk Automation Services in order to carry out such operations.

Cost

If you’re looking for an alternative to Plesk, cPanel is a great option.

For $1 per month, Hostnats offers a basic shared hosting plan and a basic Windows shared hosting package.

Licenses for Plesk/cPanel are normally included in the hosting price, although this is dependent on the package you choose. Even though Hostnats offers shared hosting, you don’t have to pay an extra fee to use the Plesk/cPanel control panel, which may be purchased for additional fees if you want to use the VPS or dedicated hosting options.

Admin Panels

WHM (Web Host Manager) is included as standard with cPanel. Unless they switch to a higher plan like reseller hosting or VPS hosting, customers of shared hosting will never be able to utilise WHM. For the most part, cPanel is used by webmasters, whereas WHM is used by server administrators. Despite the fact that cPanel and WHM are connected, their systems, logins, and user interfaces are distinct.

Administrators and users of Plesk use a single login. When it comes to features and settings, cPanel and Plesk are extremely different.

Before making a final selection, it’s critical to compare the user interfaces of both control panels.

Ease Of Migration

The transfer of a website from one server to another is perhaps the greatest and least desired distinction between Plesk and cPanel.

Moving a website from one server to another may be made much easier by using a management panel such as Plesk or cPanel.

A near-impossible task is switching between the various control panels.

It’s advisable to stay with a single control panel after you’ve made your choice.

At a low price, Hostnats offers you cPanel Migration Service and Plesk Migration Service as a convenient option. The services have been assigned to a team of professionals that are on call around the clock.

Making Your Decision Between Plesk And cPanel

Consisting of the same core features, Plesk and cPanel are the most reliable hosting control panels available today. To date, one panel has surpassed the other almost immediately when it comes to advancement. If you’re not familiar with web hosting, seek for a firm that provides free demonstrations or lessons of the two most common control panels.

Website migration is a major concern for current web hosting customers. If you’re already using a control panel like cPanel or Plesk, don’t switch until it’s really necessary. Changes in the control panel interface necessitate new training and migration difficulties that will make your life a misery.

No matter what kind of hosting you need or whatever kind of control panel you like, Hostnats has a solution for you! Make a decision based on the web hosting plans offered by Hostnats!

Web hosting control panel DirectAdmin is the fastest-growing graphical user interface (GUI).

As a reseller or a regular user, DirectAdmin gives you the option to manage your websites in one of three ways.

If you want to keep your data private from anyone but the server you’re sending it to, you’ll need an SSL certificate. ‘

Different URLs have different URLs because of the SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

Using an SSL certificate, the “s” in HTTPS stands for secure encryption, which can only be guaranteed.

SSL certificates from Let’s Encrypt are free for any website to use.

DirectAdmin fully supports the Let’s Encrypt plugin.

The following sections provide step-by-step instructions for setting up a free SSL certificate on DirectAdmin.

Eldernode is a great place to buy a DirectAdmin VPS.

DirectAdmin is available for Linux systems in Red Hat, CentOS, FreeBSD, and Debian flavours.

Now that Let’s Encrypt has introduced free SSL certificates, website owners can give their visitors secure HTTPS connections.

In the next section, we’ll discuss Let’s Encrypt and SSL Certificates in greater detail.

Step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring a free SSL certificate will follow.

Yes, if you want to participate.

What is Let’s Encrypt and SSL Certificate?

Trusted Third Party
One of the organisations behind Let’s Encrypt is the Internet Security Research Group (ISRG).

It is possible to get free SSL certificates from this certificate provider.

In comparison to Let’s Encrypt’s free SSL certificates, a paid SSL certificate has a minimum two-year validity period.

In order to protect your customers’ private information, use a file called SSL Certification, which contains encrypted data.

SSL Certificates come in two types.

Commercial (paid) SSL certificates

Free SSL certificates

DirectAdmin’s free SSL installation and configuration are covered in the following section of this guide.

Prerequisites to Install Free SSL on DirectAdmin

There are a few things you’ll need to do before this tutorial:

Utilize your newly created DirectAdmin account.

SSL must be enabled in your DirectAdmin account.

Install and Configure Free SSL on DirectAdmin

It is possible to use DirectAdmin with Let’s Encrypt.

You don’t have to pay for an SSL certificate to use this DirectAdmin feature to encrypt your domain.

DirectAdmin users can get a free SSL certificate from Let’s Encrypt.

To get a free SSL certificate installed and configured on DirectAdmin, we’ll follow the steps in this guide.

Log in to your DirectAdmin account to get started.

When the options load, SSL Certificates can be found in the Account Manager section.

The SSL interface can be accessed by clicking on it:

The Let’s Encrypt website “Let’s Encrypt section, select “Free & Automatic” certificate.

There is a “www.” and “mydomain.com” “menu that appears automatically selects them.

That’s why you should focus on the most important ones.

This option allows you to secure all your subdomains and aliases with a Wildcard SSL, which can be useful in many situations.

Wildcard SSL certificates cover all of your site’s subdomains, so you don’t have to worry about protecting individual ones.

Every subdomain that you create requires a Wildcard SSL certificate to be installed.

It’s possible to manually install SSL whenever a new subdomain is created in the absence of Wildcard SSL.

Do not change them if you do not need or understand their role.

Click “Save” to submit the changes and generate the Let’s Encrypt SSL Certificate.

There is a 30-minute window for SSL installation on the server; however, this is dependent on the number of entries selected.

All the steps have been completed when you can see the following table:

This is all you need to know!

The green padlock will appear on your site, and Chrome will indicate that your site is secure.

The green SSL padlock will appear when you access your site via the HTTPS protocol.

Checking the SSL box will ensure that your site is secure.

Conclusion

In this article, we have shown you how to set up and use Free SSL on DirectAdmin.

If you followed the instructions of this article, your site should now be protected by a Let’s Encrypt SSL Certificate.

HelptoInstall presents you with DirectAdmin Migration Service, Let’s Encrypt Installation Service, and SSL Certificate Installation Service at an affordable cost. We have deployed our Expert Admins 24/7 for the services.

A web-based control panel can be used to manage your website, web hosting account, and server all at once.

On the domain management side, it can be used to set up email accounts as well as other things.

Web panels, which are typically accessed via a browser and are designed to be simple to use, are also available.

If you have a web hosting control panel and an internet-connected computer, you can monitor and modify server configurations from anywhere in the world.

Security and statistics are included in most control panels as standard features.

Most web hosting providers offer control panels as standard practice.

Every one of these options has its own set of features and functionality.

The quality of your web hosting experience will be affected by these factors.

You no longer have to type long control commands into a black screen when using a graphical user interface, as there was in the early days of computer systems.

Command icons can be selected and clicked on using the mouse.

Most people prefer visual interfaces because they are faster and easier to use than text-based interfaces.

As a result, cPanel, Plesk, ISP Config, Webmin, DirectAdmin and VestaCP are some of the best Control Panels available.

What does a control panel do for web hosting?

Your web hosting package includes a control panel with a graphical user interface that you can use to manage and monitor your website.

As opposed to manually entering commands, administrative tasks can be carried out via a web interface.

How do I use a web hosting control panel?

Use the virtual dashboard of the web hosting service to monitor and control your servers and hosted services.

There is a control panel for each hosting company.

Once you’ve logged into your hosting account, you’ll see a link to your control panel.

You’ll see a control panel on your screen that you can use to make changes.

To improve your websites, analyse traffic for search engine optimization, and monitor the performance of your website, you can use the statistics.

Take, for example, the number of visitors to your website.
Knowing what browsers your visitors are using and how long they spend on your site is critical.

A control panel can also be used to set up password-protected directories, create an IP whitelist, or simply block access to your site from certain IPs.

From the control panel of your web host, one-click applications can be installed.

Depending on the hosting service and/or third-party app, this feature may or may not be available to the user.

In addition to e-commerce and image galleries, other content management systems exist.

Do I need a control panel for my server?

There’s a common belief that a server management interface (SMI) is necessary.

Control panels are not required to run a server.

This does not, however, preclude one from learning about the server’s capabilities and how to manage it.

A control panel’s automated features make server administration easier and more efficient.

Using the panel to automate server tasks is a good idea.

It is possible to set up an app or delete email addresses from a control panel.

Web Hosting Control Panel Features

A web hosting control panel gives you remote access to your server so that you can make changes from any computer on your network.

User-friendly control panels with a wide range of useful features are offered by all web hosting providers.

A variety of control panels are available, each with a different set of features.

The products do, however, share a few commonalities.

You can do the following things in a web hosting control panel:

Account Administration :It’s possible to renew your subscription, change your billing information, and change your password in the account administration area.

Domain Management :The control panel allows us to manage all of your domain names and IP addresses. Changes can be made to both the domain and subdomain names.

Email management: From the control panel, you can create, manage, and delete email accounts. The use of spam filters for email forwarding can also be set up.

File management: FTP is the protocol of choice for uploading, accessing, and managing files and folders on your server (FTP).Computers with GUIs are required to access FTP (GUI).

Database management: Database and control panel are essential for managing your website’s information.On-premises or in the cloud, the database can be used. The database’s performance can be fine-tuned through the control panel.

Additionally, the following features may be included:

Mail server management and configuration.

Managing SSL certificates.

Monitoring system services.

Support of content management systems, like WordPress.

Web hosting control panels with more advanced features and add-ons are frequently available, allowing you to:

Manage multiple servers from a single interface

Manage multiple Virtual Private Servers (VPS)

Manage security policies

Using the Plesk Migrator, you can migrate from an older Plesk version to the most recent version of Plesk.

To make migrating to Plesk as simple as possible, it includes pre- and post-migration checks, error reporting facilities, and the ability to sync data between an old and a new server following a successful transfer.

Plesk Migrator can also be used to upgrade Plesk to the most recent version (upgrade by transfer): Upgrade by transfer: Upgrade via transfer is the process of upgrading to the most recent Plesk version by transferring all hosting data and settings from the current Plesk server to a new server that has the most recent version installed on it. Upgrades by transfer also help you to reduce the amount of time that services on the production server are unavailable, as websites continue to function normally while the transfer is taking place. During the migration process, no data on the source server (such as subscriptions, customers, or other information) will be updated or erased, and all services will continue to operate normally.

Make a decision on the hardware for the destination server. It should be larger than or equal to the hardware specs of the source server.

Select an operating system that is compatible with the destination server.

b) List of virtualization platforms that are supported by Plesk Obsidian.

c) Plesk Obsidian installation on cloud-based platforms.

d) It is not possible to migrate from Linux to Windows and vice versa.

e) It is necessary to have an x64 operating system.

3. Inspect the target server to ensure that you have a valid Plesk licence. Any questions should be sent to the Plesk License team.
4. Following migration, determine the best approach for bringing domains back up to speed on the destination server.
5. Some other considerations that must be addressed during the planning stage are as follows.

a) Check out which feature in Plesk Onyx has been deprecated.

b) If Plesk is integrated with third-party software, it is possible that some post-migration steps will be required in the third-party programme (e.g. Changes in your custom billing solution, resolution of conflicts in OBAS, etc.)

c) As a result, if there are real-time applications, it is preferable to adopt a specialised approach to these websites and reach an agreement with end users to schedule a pause for website changes, so that data (e.g. database updates) added after the last data sync and before DNS records propagation completion does not remain on the source server.

d) Whenever possible, it is preferable to schedule the migration job outside of business hours if the source server is overcrowded or has insufficient resources.

e) In addition to service plans, subscriptions, and content-rich websites, the Plesk Migrator moves all associated domains as well as all related domains (such as websites, mail, databases, and so on). Please keep in mind that not all of your Plesk setup will be able to be carried over to the new server.

Preparing Servers

Install Plesk on the destination server by following the instructions in the Plesk installation guide.

Inspect the target server to ensure that all of the components that are currently in use on the source server have been installed and configured properly. ASP.NET 2.0-specific applications and MS SQL databases, for example, must be installed on the target server in a suitable version together with the necessary packages (such as AJAX and MVC).

Installing a Plesk licence on the target server is a simple process (purchased or trial license).

Check to see that both the source and destination servers have enough disc space available.

Installing a Plesk licence on the target server is a simple process (purchased or trial license).Assure that the source and destination servers have enough disc space.

Add the necessary amount of IP addresses on the destination server (the best practice is to have equal amount of shared and dedicated IPs on both servers for migration).

Install the Plesk Migrator extension on the destination server and verify connectivity following the Installation and Prerequisites steps.

Check to see that your source and destination servers are able to connect with one another. Since version 12.5.30, the following ports have been required to be opened in order to facilitate migration:

A) On Linux

For SSH, use port 22 (TCP), and for access to the Plesk XML API, use port 8443 (TCP) on the target server and on the source servers, if you are migrating from Plesk, use port 143 (TCP) for POP3 and IMAP, on both the source and target servers, for post-migration tests.

B) On Windows Server

Ports 135, 139, and 445 (TCP) are available for migration.
Ports 137 and 138 (UDP) are used for migration, and port 10155 (TCP) is used by a special Plesk Migrator service that performs a variety of functions.
TCP ports 10156 (rsync server(migration)), 1434 (TCP), and all (or explicitly selected) TCP ports for MS SQL if it is used as a named instance.

9. Provide notice to your customers about the pre-scheduled transition date. It may be necessary to change the IP address of the name-server for some domains in order for them to point to the new destination server. This phase may necessitate the participation of the consumer, so plan ahead.

10. Reduce the time between requests for DNS zones to 1 hour or less. Clients benefit from a low TTL value since it allows them to get DNS changes more quickly. In the event that a domain is transferred to a new IP address, they will begin operating with the new server sooner:

on Linux

for domain in $(MYSQL_PWD=`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` mysql -u admin psa -Ns -e”choose name from dns_zone where no name in (select val from misc where param = ‘FullHostName’)”) ; do /usr/local/psa/bin/dns –update-soa $domain -soa-ttl 1h; done

Migration Pre-check

Migration can be started from the Plesk administrative panel on the destination server by going to Tools & Settings > Migration & Transfer Manager > Start Migration. Begin a new migration by clicking here.

You can always return to this page to pick up where you left off or to start over from the beginning of the migration process. Plesk Migrator’s graphical user interface (GUI) includes help for controls that are connected to migration. The Plesk Migration guide contains detailed information on how to migrate from one hosting platform to another, including instructions on using command line utilities to accomplish the task.

2. Specify the names of the root (Linux) or administrator (Windows) credentials on the source and destination servers in the following sequence, after which click Prepare Migration: Next Step.

Upon connecting to the source server, Plesk Migrator will perform a number of basic tests and retrieve information about hosting objects from the original server.

3. Next, pick the objects that will be transferred. A typical case is the relocation of a group of subscriptions. In this situation, choose the subscriptions for migration from the Add subscriptions tab and define the data that should be moved (web, mail, databases).

4. To proceed, click Move once you have reviewed the list of subscriptions to migrate and the migration options and are satisfied with your selection. A report will be generated by Plesk after it has completed pre-migration checks to identify any potential problems:

The messages from the pre-migration checks should always be taken into account. Determine the importance of each communication by estimating its significance (you can ignore some messages, but some of them might indicate issues blocking the transfer process). Utilize the instructions provided in the message to resolve the underlying issues.. Refresh the pre-migration checking status, and then click Start migration once more to complete the procedure.

A visual representation of migrating stages is provided in the “Migrating to Plesk” course on Plesk University, which also covers fundamental troubleshooting strategies for the pre-check warnings. You can almost certainly find a description of your problem and its solution in one of the knowledge base pages on our website.

Migration (Data Transfer)

To begin migrating after the pre-migration check has returned a clean result, click Start migration to open the migration wizard. Depending on the amount of data being processed, the procedure could take several hours to finish. For example, a migration procedure for 300 domains may take 10 hours (this is a very approximate estimate, as the time required generally depends on the type of data being transferred, the amount of data being transferred, the transfer speed, and the performance of the servers). In the case of a large number of accounts requiring full migration, it may be more convenient to begin the migration process overnight and complete more data synchronisation in the morning. Alternatively, you can migrate customers in groups rather than transferring them all at once.

Every migrated subscription will have a status report available to you. It is also possible to manually check the status of a migration (for example, it is necessary, if the migration process was launched from command line).

In the event that some subscriptions are migrated with issues, they will be marked with the .png or r .png icon on the Overview page after migration, and the cause for the migration will be provided if you click on the Details link on the Overview screen. In order to resolve the issues that have arisen, it is required to redo the migration of the problematic subscriptions.

Migration Post-Check

Performing a post-migration check on the transferred websites, email accounts, databases, and other resources on the destination server is a good idea after you’ve completed your migration. There are two ways to go about it: automatically and manually.

Post-processing checks that are automated

It is recommended that the Check the operability of services after migration checkbox is enabled while migrating via the GUI. Alternatively, if you are migrating via the command line, a CLI command should be executed once the migration has been completed.

2. Manual post-checking is required.

If you want to perform additional manual checks on the migrated websites, you can do so by adding the following record to the hosts file on the destination server and checking the websites locally (rather than using the site preview functionality in the Plesk panel): Add the following record to the hosts file on the destination server and check the websites locally:

a) record format: 192.0.2.0 example.com, where 192.0.2.0 is the IP address of the destination server to which the example.com domain was migrated. hosts file location: /etc/hosts or b)C:WindowsSystem32Driversetc/hosts record location: /etc/hosts
Manual checks of this nature, as well as related content corrections, are carried out by Plesk engineers as part of the premium migration service package.

Data Synchronisation

Fortunately, you can easily synchronise data for each subscription from the Plesk interface without having to go through the entire migration process over and again. The web, databases, and mail data can all be processed separately. A single domain, a single domain group, or a selection of domains can all be changed at the same time. You will be able to see the Re-sync option near each subscription on the Overview tab as soon as the migration process is completed. It is possible to select several subscriptions for synchronisation by selecting them on the Subscriptions List tab. If necessary, the synchronisation procedure can also be initiated through the command line interface.

It is possible to disable the following services on the source server in order to avoid data changes: Apache, Nginx, and the mail service (Postfix / Qmail) The migration will fail if the database server is shut down. This option results in downtime for web and mail services, and it is only appropriate if you are able to set maintenance time-frames throughout the migration process before proceeding.

Ensure that you have logged into Virtualmin before we start the process.

Initially, you have to choose the domain that you need to add SSL Certificate.

Then, select the option Edit Virtual Service.

Afterward, go to the option Enabled Features.

Then, check the SSL Website enabled? popup check box.

Then, select the option Save Virtual Server.

Once you have reached this stage, the creation of a self-signed certificate has been made. So, you have secured your communications. Since the certificate wasn’t generated by a certificate authority, your users will be given a security warning whenever they access the website.

Our Experts recommend getting a Commercial Certificate to avoid this happening. Let’s check out what are the ways to get a Commercial Certificate.

How Do We Get A Commercial Certificate?

Initially, select the option Server Configuration.

Then, choose the option Manage SSL Certification.

Go to Signing Request and select the option.

The next step is to enter the domain name and email address in the Server Name and Email Address space respectively.

After that, enter your Organization name in the Organisation space.

Then, select the option Generate CSR Now.

Produce the generated CSR to the company that creates SSL certificates and get it ready for you.

How Do We Enable Commercial SSL Virtualmin?

Select the option New Certificate.

Take the signed SSL Certificate field and copy, paste the SSL Certificate contents into it.

Keep the Matching Private Key that offered by Virtualmin.

Finally, click Install.

If you have received an Intermediate Certificate or a CA Bundle, you can rather install it via CA Certificate tab.

Let’s get right to it and see how our expert administrators handle DirectAdmin to DirectAdmin migration.

Step 1 :

On the new server, we must first install DirectAdmin. Request a free temporary migration licence to acquire the licences as well as support.

Purchase a licence at your own expense and cancel it after the migration is complete to acquire the licences without support.

Apply a request for the removal of a new licence after the migration is complete, and then insert the new IP address into your original licence. You’ll be able to do it later in your Client Account Area.

Step 2 :

You must add new IPs to the new server in the same way that you added new IPs to the previous server.

Then, keep an eye on which IPs are matching and make a plan.

Then, on the new server, go to Admin Panel -> IP Manager and add up all the IPs.

You can alter the IP assignment when transferring.

Step 3 :

On the new system, you will have to go through DA in the same way as you did on the old system for the admin/Reseller account.

If the Reseller/Admin files were restored at this time, their account should be set up as a “user” account..

That is why they must first create an account.

After you’ve created each Admin/Reseller, go to Admin Panel -> IP Manager and assign each one the IPs they’ll need.

Step 4 :

Return to the old server, log in as Admin/Reseller of (each of them), then navigate to their Reseller Panel, followed by Manage User Backups. Select all accounts and create local backups of them.

It is preferable to create a local backup before transferring the files to the new computer. Select all accounts and create local backups.

Place the backup files in the above-mentioned space while uploading them to the new server.

Make sure your firewalls are configured correctly. To upload to the same Reseller, use the FTP function.

Place the backup files in /home/reseller/user-backups.

Place the backup files in the above-mentioned space while uploading them to the new server.

Ascertain that the admin/reseller is the owner of the user-backups directory, and that the backup files in the directory are chmod 755.

The newest option for Reseller Level Backups will be Admin Level -> Admin Backups/Transfer. Then there’s the matter of restoring the Admins and Resellers.

Step 5 :

For Admin/Reseller, you must now take on the new server (for each of them).

To begin, log in and navigate to Reseller Panel, then Manage User Backups. Restore all of the accounts on the list.

If you’re allocating separate users to different IP addresses, for example, perform one restoration per IP along with any user(s) you’re restoring.

If you’re restoring one person to his own shared IP, on the other hand, you’ll need to do so without any other users.

Repeat the restoration process until the process is complete.

Step 6 :

Finally, Restore the Process for the Reseller level configuration that will be copied manually.

Copy the content of the Reseller’s packages for copying

/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/reseller/packages/*

/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/reseller/packages. list and the identical settings to the new server.

The reseller must now re-configure any nameserver settings.

The reseller must now re-configure any nameserver settings.
